Advisory Architect – Strategic, Business & Solution Consulting
Participate & contribute towards defining the new way of working within eVTOL, Battery Manufacturing with A & B sample and CTO production for the future.

• Working towards a program goal which is to move in a direction of Digital Enterprise, making PLM as a backbone system to collaborate Engineering – Manufacturing – Quality – Shopfloor businesses.
• Advising on the development of an overall strategy with particular focus on the golden triangle of PLM-ERP-MES
• Define and promote the usage of PLM-ERP-MES systems in the Battery Manufacturing Processes to fully optimize & automate the Product – Process – Plant information.
• Closely liaising between Siemens & SAP to promote and support their Partnership for "Digital Thread" using newly developed Siemens Teamcenter & SAP Interfaces.
• Defining overall architecture roadmaps, data sovereignty & responsibility, master data management in the scope of the overall system landscape
• Advising on an end-to-end and holistic approach of product innovation to development to manufacturing using PLM as a centralized Process Warehouse.
• Participate & contribute towards the Customer's vision for Digital Solutions using different enterprise applications.

Enterprise Architect – Business, Solution and Delivery Consulting
Contribute and build overall enabling platform for Continuous Development using – JIRA, Confluence, Scaled Agile framework

• Working towards a program goal which is to move in a direction of Digital Transformation making PLM as a backbone system to collaborate Engineering – Manufacturing – Procurement – Assembly – MRO business together to close the loop.
• Provide architecture leadership & subject matter expertise to client engagements focusing on complex & innovative products and reusable assets.
• Focus on meeting business/client requirements and incorporating broader aspects such as overall product costs/revenue, data privacy & sovereignty, business continuity, information security, integration with other systems, etc.
• Ensure relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices are applied correctly across Technology programs/projects and products towards customer’s Digital Transformation
• Support Decide on architectural direction, builds consensus, mediates conflicts providing technical leadership and advisory services to the business.
• Support and create an environment which solicits positive contributions from all participants: Solution and Technical Architects, engineering teams, product manager, project managers, product analysts, test and project teams, Information Security and Operations
• Identifying complex issues and gaps in solution architecture and solving complex, escalated aspects of a project
• Contribute towards Cost/Effort Analysis for new tools and software application selection.

Solution Architecting and Functional Consulting:
Worked in Large Scale SAFe Agile Methodology to make the project more effective and productive for Business.

• Led and delivered workshops and demos to the Business such as – MBOM Scenarios, Work Instructions, BOM Scenarios, BOP2SAP Solution, BOP Component Allocations, EWI Enhancements, 2D/3D Product Views Authoring, TWI Authoring, Plant and Process Sim on Teamcenter.
• Led and delivered solutions for – BOM/BOP Transfer to ERP, BOM/BOP Change Management, EWI Enhancements, BOP/BOE Enhancements, Plant Sim, Process Sim
• Participating in resource ramp-ups for the required skills in the Program
• Led Solution Concepts for Teamcenter Manufacturing, Work Instructions Management, Process/Plant Simulation, AR/VR Technology Integration PoC, Supplier Collaboration PoC.
• Led Solution Concepts and outlines for Kinematic Data handling, Robot Data handling.
• Interfacing with GTAC and PD as Technical Architect and involved and drive overall escalation management for IR/ER/PR raised for Digital Manufacturing topic.
• Responsible to follow-up, transition, and train Development Team on developing those approved solutions as part of the Project.
• Actively participated and contributed – Product Increment Planning, Scrum Retro's, Solution Roll-out Planning, Scrum Team Activities and Learning
