Extensive expertise in high-level and low-level Radio Network Design for 5G, including radio planning, capacity planning, radio parameter tuning, KPI monitoring and reporting, as well as E2E support for both 5G RAN and Core.

Radio Network Planning and Optimization
Comprehensive knowledge in radio network planning and optimization for 2G, 3G, LTE, 5G, WiMAX and HetNet networks, including the use of tools such as IBWave Design, Atoll, and 9955 RNP Tool, as well as Link Budget analyses and interoperability studies.

Network Operations and Monitoring
Proven track record in network operations for 2G/3G/LTE networks, including daily qualitative checks, correlation of radio and transmission performance faults to alarms, creation and tracking of incident tickets, and regular preventive maintenance checks.

5G Core and VoNR Implementation
Hands-on experience with 5G Core functions, commissioning of SIM cards, implementation of VoNR in SA mode including interoperability with VoIP networks and MC-PTT, as well as monitoring solutions for network counters.

LTE First-Off Testing and Feature Validation
Development and execution of on/off-site LTE first-off tests, elaboration of test strategies, developing test cases for non-regression and new features, and performing parameter configurations for proprietary RAN equipment.

Programming and Signal Processing
Knowledge in Python, C++, C/C++, MATLAB, and Simulink, with certifications in Signal Processing with MATLAB and intermediate Python, applicable to telecommunications and network analysis tasks.

BNetzA Regulatory Coordination
Experience in analysing and addressing hearings and inquiries from the BNetzA, supporting implementation of corrective measures, coordinating with network operators, and processing site access and commissioning inquiries.

Project Management and Documentation
Preparation of documents and presentations for tenders, technical documents, customer presentations and trainings, as well as participation in coordination rounds and collaboration on general specifications.

Self Optimized Networks and SON Features
Expertise in SON features including PCI and neighbour allocation automation, handover optimization, and idle/connected mode load-balancing for 3G and 4G networks.

TCP/IP and Linux Networking
Foundational knowledge in TCP/IP networking and Linux, supported by CCNA certifications in Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials as well as Linux Essentials from Cisco Networking Academy.
