UX Manager

For one of our clients we are looking for an UX Manager

Overview:

We are looking a strong UX Specialist who is a self-starter and comfortable working with ambiguity in a small team, with only one strategist and UX designer being 100% assigned to the project, fully embedded in Zurich.
This person will be responsible for co-creating the sprint back-log, setting up co-creation sessions and user testing, deal with the client in an ongoing basis and set a clear direction to make sure the project moves forward in the right way. This will be a small, nimble and cross disciplinary team made up of Experience Strategy, UX, Visual Design, Analytics, copywriter and possible front-end developer

The task:

• To explore some of the solutions to help the client improve the customer experience in Zurich as they are struggling to understand their consumers and increase their sales.

The process:

• We are kicking off a 2-week research phase that would help us understand our audience. This will feed into a 2-day workshop were we will explore the needs of our target audience. The output of the workshop will help us finalize our sprint back-log and we will explore possible solutions through 2-week sprint

The expected output IS NOT final designs, but high-level wireframes and preliminary designs that they can then take away and deploy themselves. The final deliverables will depend on the backlog created on week one, the following list is indicative of the types of deliverables we envision:
• Project briefs to be deployed by local teams, other partners
• Communication strategy i.e. for the on-boarding journey
• Wireframes and high-level designs
• User journey flows
• Measurement framework with recommended metrics for tracking success (e.g. NPS)
• Supporting deliverables such as user testing and primary research finding

Duration: 2 months+
Location: Zurich (at least 3 days/week)
