Your tasks
- Create and maintain ABAP CDS views, ABAP CDS table functions
- Performance optimization of CDS views
- Analytics reporting on excel AFO using CDS views
- Support SAP Analytics Cloud model and story creation
- Perform root cause analysis on identified defects and resolve accordingly
- Documentation of implemented virtual CDS modes (wiki, JIRA, SharePoint)
Must have competences
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ABAP CDS development, AMDP, HANA SQL
- Developing CDS views and exposing the data to external applications using OData services
- Gather report requirements and develop data models from data sources in SAP
- Experience in performance tuning and performing the analysis of the potential improvements of custom-developed programs for HANA environment
- Very good general know-how of SAP technology components
- Previous reporting and reconciliation project work
- Experience working with agile concepts and methodologies
- Able to prioritize tasks and drive deliverables to completion
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network and understand the workings of the project
Nice to have competences
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and FIORI is a nice to have
- SAP Certifications and/or Data Warehousing designations is a nice to have
- Knowledge of FPSL is a plus
- Experience with SAP BW, S/4HANA and ABAP development preferred
