For our long-term customer in the Duesseldorf area we are looking for an SAP Solution Manager.Your main task lays in the System and End User Experience Monitoring.?
Tasks:
• System and End User Experience Monitoring
• Business Process Monitoring
• Implementation of Monitoring Concept based on the existing Monitoring
• Setting up the threshold values for Alerts
• Root cause analysis
Requirements:
• Project experience as a Solution Manager
• Experience in System, Advanced and Integration Monitoring
• Experience in reporting and creation of dashboards
• Desirable: Experience in Retail industry
Project details:
• Start: May 2020
• Duration: 8 months (+ option to extend)
• Workload: 4 to 5 days per week
• Location: Duesseldorf Area, NRW / Remote
• Language: English (German is nice to have)
