We are Next-link (Swiss consultancy company) and we are currently recruiting for our client a big Luxury company based in Geneva-Swizterland
Characteristics:
Start date: 01/02
Duration: Full time from February till September days approximately
MISSION AND ACTIVITIES
The person will be attached to the SAP Authorization Management Service and will have the main mission to meet the user expectations included in the scope of authorization management:
SAP IDM:
Compare the identities created in SAP according to what exists on IDM: check the differences on the identities created in target on SAP and not on IDM since the Go Live in production
Then arbitrate the gaps (deleted from the target, create from IDM, manage the communication)
Review the authorisations in SAP for the authorization team: create identities in user group function to avoid errors
Build access by population in IDM
Create procedures for Infos-Services: unblock a user, change a password, and create a user on the HR portal
For daily maintenance (Daily business):
Check the quality of assigned roles (check the duplicate roles assigned, clean obsolete accesses depending on the transactions used in production)
Develop extractions for annual certification, by ECC Switzerland and subsidiary/BW business approver
Manage requests: Manage user management requests/roles
Procedures to review the use of the tool and role management in CSI to facilitate the training of a newcomer
Skills required:
3 to 5 years experience in SAP Autorisations Management
1 or 2 years experience in SAP IDM
Experience in USERS creation in SAP and in IDM is important, but the most important is the experience in creation of ROLES in SAP.
Consultants need to be based in Geneva/Lausanne area, and need to speak fluent French and English.
Ability to help on some testing activities
