Senior SAP Solution Architect (ALPIN 2.0)
Tasks:
•Drive ERP System Design activities based on user requirements and draft process map via collaborating with the Solution Architects of the four Regional ERPs (Europe / LATAM / APAC / NA) by translate business needs into applicable functional specification(s).
•Conduct several WSs with the business / IT SMEs (i.e. Design Review; Solution Review session)
•Collaborate with other teams - i.e. with SAP APO / SAP BPM Solution Architects - to understand the impact to these systems.
•Drive Prototype activities in the European's- and LATAM's ERP System to validate the proposed Design
•Drive the Solution Build activities based on defined Design via collaborating with the Solution Architects / Developers of the four Regional ERPs (Europe / LATAM / APAC / NA) by following a "develop once - implement many" concept.
•Define potential Data Migration / preparation requirements
•Define cut-over activities to ensure successful deployment of solution into Productive Systems.
•The candidate has experience working in a multi-cultural, global (non co-located) work Teams.

•Start date: asap
•End date: 31.08.2017 (Extension: might be possible)
•Work location: Basel
•Remote: 1 day per week (prior to agreement)
•Travelling: 10%
Qualifications:
•9 – 14 years of SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management)
•SAP Solution Architect knowledge, able to define solutions and support other SAP specialists in the implementation (able to define the best architecture possible)
•Detailed knowledge of supply chain processes required
•Expert in SAP PP/PI and MM modules
•Experience as a consultant, functional expert, or similar role highly desirable
•Experience conducting large-scale requirements and design sessions with business process owners
•Experience managing demanding customer needs
•Must be a self-starter, results-oriented and have a track record of timely, high-quality deliverable
•(Must have) Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other validated environment
•English speaking and writing fluently, German (nice to have)
•Experience with SAP APO is (nice to have)
•Experience working in the ForWard SAP ECC System is (nice to have)
