Edelway AG is currently looking for a PMO for its global banking client based in Zurich.
The project: outsourcing program "securities Vault"
Department: shared services + operations
The ROLE:
* A responsible position in a program delivery environment with a broad scope of challenging bank-wide and global projects, from initial concept to implementation
* Opportunity to lead the analysis, problem solving and implementation activities of business and IT projects with priority on, regulatory compliance, organizational optimization, and efficiency improvements
* Cross-divisional projects (from front business to shared services incl. IT) on Senior Management level
* Broad insight into the global banking business of Credit Suisse
* Highly motivated and experienced team with an excellent reputation in a challenging working environment
You NEED:
* Broad Project Management know-how (eg, in areas like regulatory compliance, operational excellence, change management, organizational design, business strategy) with relevant professional experience of 5-10 years in a comparable position within the management consulting or financial services industry
* Banking and economic business know-how; familiarity with banking operations and IT-related themes an advantage
* Excellent command of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, incl. presentation
* Ability to learn fast and add value in a short time frame; independent working style
* Strong interpersonal and very good presentation skills and highly client oriented attitude
* Experience and confidence in dealing with all levels of management
* An open, communicative personality with a excellent command of written and spoken German and English an advantage
