Desktop Business Analyst
Our client, headquartered in Zurich, is an important subsidiary of a global company in the finance industry. We are looking for a technical business analyst to develop, refine and iterate on the solution requirements definition for the desktop program including functional and non-functional requirements, release management and definition of the requirements set in preparation for end user adoption in the desktop technology space.
Context:
This program will be introducing a technology strategy transformation around the desktop offerings at credit Suisse including changes to software provisioning, desktop OS and end-points in scope.
Responsibilities:
- Program requirements definition and formalizes acceptance of those requirements and deliverables accordingly
- Manage the overall program requirements management process from definition to delivery/closure and release planning
- Communicate progress toward executing and validating requirements as part of quality gates for
The role will be highly visible within the end user community and will frequently help customers, suppliers and peers on technical matters related to end user desktop services. Requirements leader will be responsible for ensuring the solution being engineered meets the needs of the customer, aligns with the timeline managed by the program and hits required quality gates on way to productionization.
Qualifications:
- Technical Infrastructure business and technical analysis experience
- Solid background working on desktop projects (deployment or refresh experience)
- Experience working in multinational and regulated environment
- Workflow process definition and management
- Familiarity with Windows services and solutions preferred
- Experience with engaging and gathering requirements from App Development communities
