Harvey Nash is looking for an Administrator for a 7 month project with 65% workload in Switzerland.
The role is for a candidate providing technical support for the Win10 PoC community.
You are responsible for Maintaining the ticketing database Helping people with new technology on-site Developing training material.. Installation, support and maintenance of the application (including its configuration or customization) Software and hardware installations, re-installations, upgrades, moves, changes and relocations Support of the server environment on which the application is running including monitoring uptime, upgrades, backups, integrity checks, etc. Troubleshooting and resolution of lication incidents that cannot be handled by the Help Desk Development and on-going update of a knowledge database relating to support and maintenance issues Planning and implementing changes to the application as part of a structured release process (as approved by management) Are you available immediately, have experience working within a Life Science company?
