Role:
Consultant reporting to ERP IT (HR) to provide strategic input to the business relating to existing and new TAS technology systems and processes of the Global Talent Acquisition and Staffing function, to ensure the development and embedding of the Talent Acquisition function globally.
Main responsibilities:
- Act as the designated point person for TAS technology systems and processes, advising all areas of the business as required
- Provide strategic input (as a member of ERP IT) to the business, relating to existing and new TAS technology systems and processes, and the future direction of the same technology and processes
- Support the Global Talent Acquisition and Staffing Leadership Team to help drive the successful implementation of the Global TAS strategy
- Support optimization of TAS processes and systems in alignment with business objectives
- Provide Project Management for key changes, integrations, and new functionality enablement for TAS technology systems and processes
- Lead the creation and management of: o reporting templates o user access protocols
- Lead the provision of: o up to date training and training materials for new and experienced users of TAS technology systems and processes o support for the relevant training needs of the business across major markets
- Provide point of escalation for user problems and technical system issues dealt with by the Kenexa Helpdesk/Global Support Centre
- Provide quality assurance of resolution of, and documentation/reporting of, user and technical system issues dealt with by the Helpdesk/Global Support Centre.
- Conducts proof of concepts related to infrastructure concepts
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Database, Active Directory,Clustering,Servers, Lan/Wan, Performance Tuning, and Oracle
Background for the role:
* Education: Bachelor's degree, MBA
* Languages: Fluent in English
* Experience: Seven to ten years of business operations experience, including reporting and analytics; knowledge and understanding of BrassRing and other E-Recruiting/ATS technologies and RPO/Outsourced Models; experience in international organization
