Project Manager Digital
Requirements:
University or business college degree
Fluent in English
at least 5-7 years of experience leading global projects impacting >10'000 users and managing diverse portfolios
at least 3-5 years of experience in managing E-business/Digital initiatives (externally facing websites, mobile applications, social media, etc)
at least 3 years of experience in the Pharma or Healthcare industry
PMP/PRINCE2 certification desired
Experience with agile project methodologies (eg Scrum) required
experience in managing near-shore and/or off-shore teams across multiple locations
Proven track record as a leader in a truly global project management function covering 20+ countries
Strong business focus and experience in demand and supply management
Experience with CMS and CRM platforms desired
Responsibility:
work customer facing as a team with Digital Innovation Managers, Service Managers and further roles of the Digital Solution Center
execute, manage and run a portfolio of projects within the framework of the Digital Solution Center
Deliver ground-breaking new digital services that impact patients, payors and providers with seamless customer engagement, disease and lifestyle tracking, and outcomes
interface and align closely with customers of the Digital Solution Center, in particular the worldwide franchises or Global brand teams
coordination of day-to-day activities related to digital initiatives, including situation analysis, requirements gathering and planning
define and execute change management and training initiatives/material
support in delivering input to the overall digital strategy of Novartis
proactive alignment with internal partners and other cross-functional teams, such as those belonging to the Analytics, Mobility and Commercial Solution Centers
foster innovation in the digital space by adding cross-domain, cross-functional expertise on technology and business trends
Act as a digital subject matter expert, with up-to-date knowledge and information regarding the latest trends and opportunities in the space
Maximize the relationships with agencies, and empower Novartis to take ownership of powerful digital strategies that will drive our business forward.
