One of our clients in the Pharma Industry is now looking for a Senior In-house Recruiter who will be responsible for effectively managing all aspects from definition of business needs and job requirements, job profiles, job advertisements internally/externally, interview and assessment processes, selection of candidates, coordinate job offers for candidates up to finalization
As a Senior In House Recruitment Specialist You will be responsible for:
- Provide high-quality support to line managers and hiring managers
- Use established and innovative search channels and systems
- Manage relationships with external partners such as executive search consultants, agencies and various media
- Be the sparring partner for line managers, candidates and employees regarding recruitment
- Liaise with HR colleagues to ensure international exchange internally, use of In-House Talent
- Strengthen the positive image of our client towards candidates and external parties
What you should bring:
- 2 to 4 years experience within internal Recruitment, ideally with a healthcare/life science focus, in an international environment, IT focus in an international environment, finance focus
- Proven experience and track record in recruitment with long-term success rates
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization
- Ability to build and maintain trust relationships with business leaders, candidates, employees and HR colleagues
- Experience with large scale corporate structures, able to work with heavy hiring volume
- Able to work independently or with a team in a cooperative manner
- Experience working in a multi cultural environment
