Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator for an organisation based in Zurich, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
*Experience of formal project delivery, ideally PMP or agile certified
*Exposure to working to very aggressive deadlines and aptitude for being pragmatic and practical where possible
*Ability to roll-up sleeves and assist in a hands-on way in project delivery mode if required
*Good communicator, managing both senior stakeholder expectations and team requirements
*Worked in a large organisational environment, similar to UBS
*Experience in delivering HR IT system projects(especially learning management related), not just from a technical perspective, but also from a business process perspective as well
*Understanding of financial markets legal framework and application of that on project work being undertaken
*Expertise in managing multiple stake holders involved in the project
*Proven success and experience in global delivery models
*Experience in various development methodologies
*Experience of working in a formal project delivery mode and familiar with the SDLC artefacts to be produced
Need to have fluency in German (and preferably Swiss German)
Position: Contract
Rate: 450 Swiss Francs a day
Duration: 6 months
