For a major international client in Vevey, we are looking for a:
CRM Change and Release Coordinator
to act as the single point of contact in the cRM team in all matters relating to Change & Release Management and new markets inquiries.
Responsibilities will include:
Change & Release Management
- Ensure the Change & Release Management processes are known & applied throughout the cRM team by performing an initial validation/filtering of Change Requests in order to get the agreed quality throughout the life cycle.
- Submit Changes to Change Approval Board and report on the priorities agreed during the Change Approval Board
- Coordinate all the efforts across the stakeholders to ensure that the team can deliver the agreed changes
- Provide all deliverables related to his/her role in the Change & Release Management process
- Release management being managed from a project perspective, he/she will also endorse the role of project manager and drive the project from initiation until closure
Prospective markets assessment and adoption
- Manage inquiries from new markets
- Update the market tracker document consolidating the market inquiries
- Pre-assess the maturity to join the cRM program
- Provide presentations on the cRM integrated solution
- Asses and monitor solution adoption of live markets
- Support adoption of new functionalities release for live markets
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum 5-year experience in CRM Project management and Change and release management
- Business knowledge and experience with specialization in CRM technologies, solutions, best practices and processes;
- Ability to put technologies into context/link business needs to applications and technologies.
- Deep knowledge/understanding of Change and Release processes
- Ability to manage stakeholders including senior management
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
This is a contract position with an international client until the end of July 2015 in the first instance.
The client is located on Lake Geneva, in Vevey.
Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
