CRM Release Project Manager Switzerland. Our client is a major international organisation and is currently looking for a CRM Project Manager with experience of change and release management.
With a strong CRM technical and functional background, you will act as the Single point of contact in the CRM team in all matters relating to Change & Release Management.
You will be responsible for ensuring the Change & Release Management processes are known & applied throughout the CRM team and performs an initial validation of Change Requests.
You will also ensure that Change Requests are of the agreed quality throughout the life cycle, as well as monitoring and controlling them and submit Changes to Change Approval Board and report on the priorities agreed.
With a strong project management background, you will drive the project from initiation until closure.
You will be expected to have business knowledge and experience specialising in CRM technologies, solutions, best practices and processes; ability to put technologies into context/link business needs to applications and technologies.
Fluent English language skills are essential for this position. Due to the urgency of this role, we are only able to consider applications from candidates based in Switzerland or from the EU.
