PTSO Analytical Support

We are looking to find a responsible and open minded candidate who adds value to our client's team. Our client is an international pharmaceutical company.

PURPOSE:

The overall mission of the Global Supply Chain Management is to ensure reliable supply of medicines to patients.
The role of the analytical support includes:

  • Preparation and analysis of fact base and reports as required for the Supply Planning and Product Supply Chain Owner teams (such as product, market, site, and technology related information)
  • Support budget volumes and capacity exercises to be performed with the manufacturing sites
  • Retrieve regular (monthly and/or weekly) reports outcome with the purpose of supporting health KPI status of the products (eg. stockout and backlog reporting, actual production vs budget)
  • Support Business Process Managers activities for analytical requirements in relation to process improvement

INTERACTIONS:

  • Product Supply Chain Owners and Supply Planning teams

  • Global supply chain functions

IT INCLUDES:

  • Generate and report relevant product and sites specific KPIs on a regular basis
  • Design, create and maintain slides for management outlook on a monthly basis
  • Support in creating and maintaining network and product assessment booklet
  • Support in budget rounds with the manufacturing sites

  • Tracking and assessing on monthly basis Safety Stock Tracking Tool and Safety Stock Violations Report

  • Tracking on weekly basis stock-out and backlog situation for the network
  • Coordinate collection of root-cause analysis and countermeasures from the relevant parties in the network for the KPIs being tracked
  • Support master data maintenance analysis/data extraction and Cleaning

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree in life science, business, industrial engineering or equivalent required (MBA a plus)
  • 3 years experience in Supply Chain Management

  • Strong analytical skills and excellent capabilities to work in excel and

Business Warehouse reporting tools

  • Project management experience as a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, punctuality and accuracy in execution of transactions, data maintenance and other job responsibilities
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with various peers in supply chain department and other functions
  • Live the 5 Client core competencies at essential level (Focus on value and the customer, align for success, deliver results, learn for the future, models integrity)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (Fluent English required, German a plus)
