For one of our major clients we are looking for a Technical Integration Manager (Quintiq). This is a long term project that is planed for 2 years. The initial contract will be till the end of 2015.
Tasks:
- Performing application deployments - Quintiq models and basic software
- Performing smoke tests after implementation of changes
- Configuring the Application Server and Application Server on the test environment
- Creating and maintaining the technical configuration instructions/concepts for Windows Servers, databases and application Quintiq
- Managing of the system architecture (Test, Development, INT and PROD)
- Planning and coordinating the platform use. Record requirements for platforms, analyse, evaluate, quantify and consult with stakeholders (providers, manufacturers, etc.)
- Writing and guiding scenarios of technical change requests for application, application Servers and databases
- Responsible for troubleshooting on the test environment
- Participation in Meetings
- Editing incidents in the n-level support and group mailbox
- Clarifying and correcting faulty system states with providers and manufacturer
- Keep the system overviews, checklists and knowledge base up to date
Required skills
- Computer science education (university, technical college, HF)
- Fluent German and English are must
- DB knowledge - create and run SQL statements - MS SQL Server (4 - 6 years), MySQL (4 - 6 years), PL/SQL (4 - 6 years), PostgreSQL (4 - 6 years), SQL (query language - 4 - 6 years)
- Performance & Tuning - SQL & Database Tuning (4 - 6 years)
- MS Windows Server - Administration skills
- Knowledge of server infrastructures and distributed systems (eg IPs, URLs, DSNs, Port Settings, Firewall settings).
- General technical knowledge in computer science
- Ability to conceptual work in the fields
- Mastery of the technology used stacks target criteria
- Knowledge in the administration and maintenance of the Quintiq software
- Basic knowledge of Java and networks - Java SE
- Preferred basic knowledge of IBM WebSphere Message Broker
