We are looking to find a responsible and open minded candidate who adds value to our client's IT team. Our client is an international Swiss Bank.
This role is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who is looking to progress their career into project management. It is critical that they are very structured, capable of working with people to find and implement solutions in a highly challenging and time constrained environment. This is less of a technical role (there will not be hands-on testing) and more about putting excellent social skills to facilitating the testing process. Personality wise we are looking for someone who will be capable of politely but firmly pushing teams to resolve any blockages and keeping the process on time. Reporting their progress to project managers and keeping track of issues and solutions.

You Offer
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or alternatively an equivalent education
- Sound experience of minimum 5-7 years as a Test Engineer/Manager
- Testing, control and reporting tools (HP Quality Center, JIRA, SVN)
- Understanding of the SDLC
- Good communication skills, ability to present for reporting
- Fluent English language skills, German skills are nice to have but not critical
- Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Switzerland (how critical is this?)
- Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to work with colleagues to manage the test process, investigate and resolve delays/blockages and the tenacity to ensure that solutions are found and implemented.
