We are looking to find a responsible and open minded candidate who adds value to our client's IT team. Our client is an international Swiss Bank.

It is critical that they are very structured, capable of working with people to find and implement solutions in a highly challenging and time constrained environment. Personality wise we are looking for someone who will be capable of politely but firmly pushing teams to resolve any blockages and keeping the process on time. Reporting their progress to project managers and keeping track of issues and solutions.

We Offer

  • Challenging and exciting role in a Specialist Testing Unit for a main initiative in our Global Bank organization
  • Chance to support the team in managing and progressing the test process
  • Responsibility to build working test environment, in line with the defined strategy and tailored to the project needs
  • Support other team members to create a test environment ensuring the quality in this complex project
  • Responsibility to enhance the existing test environment for the project
  • Investment banking role with 2 highly important projects within the area of Treasury & Lending.

You Offer

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or alternatively an equivalent education
  • Sound experience of minimum 5-7 years as a Test Engineer/Manager
  • Testing, control and reporting tools (HP Quality Center, JIRA, SVN)
  • Understanding of the SDLC
  • Good communication skills, ability to present for reporting
  • Fluent English language skills, German skills are nice to have but not critical
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Switzerland (how critical is this?)
  • Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to work with colleagues to manage the test process, investigate and resolve delays/blockages and the tenacity to ensure that solutions are found and implemented.

If this role excites you, and you feel you could take this next challenge in your career, then don't hesitate to send your application.

Good to know you!
