Randstad Zurich Professionals is actively looking for a divestment portfolio manager to join our Client in Basel, Switzerland.
The DPM is leading the logistical and supply chain related activities together with the external Buyer, the internal Demand and Supply Planners and other key stake holders responsible for product management to ensure that in compliance with established agreements a product is handed over to the Buyer and phased out of own supply. Key Interfaces: Buyer of product, Partner Management, Supply and Demand Planner, Technical Transfer Teams, Artworks, Regulatory, Quality and Finance.
Task description
-Establishes, maintains and supervises the Business Transfer Plan
-SPOC for Buyer regarding logistical and supply chain aspects
-Follow-up on orders including local release
-Follow-up on transfer to Buyer for each SKU/market
-Regular contacts/meetings with Buyer
-Collects all process and system related data relevant for (potential) Buyer
-Maintains the constantly changing SC Maps
-Collaborates with Artworks that goods are in Buyer trade dress where needed including the opening of new articles
-Guarantees continuous supply compliant with contractual obligations
-Makes sure that technical, regulatory and quality support can be provided
Required skills/competencies
-As for PSCO (~5 years experience in supply chain, used to work in Matrix organization, experience with ERP, preferably with SAP R/3 and APO, understanding of pharmaceutical industry, SC processes, project management, Microsoft tools, English is must, German preferred.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with Buyer (and at the same time keeping confidentiality where needed and applicable)
