Scope of work:

Tracking the project tasks for PM and 4 team leaders

Tracking the project progress

Maintain task log for the project

documentations incl. meeting minutes

Organize meetings and workshops

Create presentations and documents for workshops and meeting for PM and team leaders

Assist in compilation of monthly reports

Assist Project in administrating/managing the project

Skills:

Create presentations and documents for workshops and meeting for PM and team leaders

Ensure project documentations incl. meeting minutes (3-5 years)

Structured way of working (5+ years)

Technical background (3-5 years)

University degree and 3+ years of working experience in IT project

English and German must be fluent
