IC monitoring focuses on mismatches caused by asymmetric bookings of Intercompany transactions. On Group level, the main focus is on mismatches of balances reported in GCRS based on the dimensions Legal Entity and IC matching pairs (specified account and regulatory product type combinations).
Note that gross views and ageing on transaction level is performed by operational control.
GCRS "technical"
The technical aspects of Intercompany transactions are covered by the Target Functional Model for Inter/Intra-company business (eg implementation of new accounts, generation of new matching pairs etc.).

Accounting Policy
The accounting treatment describes the process and responsibilities from an accounting policy perspective. (refer to eg Management Accounting Policy: Hard Transfer (MAP 17)/Financial Accounting Policy: Settlement day accounting and Failed Trades(FAP 10.5).
*The technical GCRS aspects and accounting policy treatments are only partially IC standard procedures and requires a close coordination with GAC and AP
