Harvey Nash is looking for an HRIT Project Manager for a 8 month project in Switzerland.
The role is for an HRIT Project Manager for global GJFA Based Benchmarking and Compensation project.
You are responsible for:
Leading implementation of GJFA Based Benchmarking including process design, definition and roll-out of global guidelines and design principles including implementation of Benchmarking SaaS solution and integration in HR Core stakeholder alignment covering Group C&B, HRIT, Business Excellence, NBS, etc. Managing and establishing co-sourcing relationship with ernal co-sourcing partner including contracts Managing team of functional and technical resources supporting the roll-outs of all countries in scope global template, functional design, test strategy, county roll-outs and localization approach Managing integration with SAP OM, SAP PA, SAP Enterprise Compensation Management, SAP HCM P&F, SAP PY Timeline-management and life cycle responsibilityRequirements
5+ year of experience in SAP OM, PA, PY, ECM, HCM P&F, ESS, MSS on EhP7 7+ years of experience in project management of global projects in international working environments In-depth knowledge of relevant Total Rewards concepts (ie Market Pricing, Salary Surveys, Job Evaluation, Base Pay Structes, Inventive Programs, etc.) Experience in integration of job frameworks with external benchmarking solutions and interfaces into existing base pay, STI, and LTI models In-depth knowledge of clients' pay-for-performance strategy covering merit increase, STI, LTI guidelines and principles Experience in Novartis' setup of HR Core (PA, OM, SAP ECM (eCOMP), GJFA Job Framework Are you available immediately, have experience working within a Life Science company?
