One of our well established client is urgently in need of Security Architect.
Location: Basel -Switzerland
6 months extendable
Required Skills:
Candidate should have overall experience of 10+ years on IT Security and specifically 3+ years on designing security architecture in an enterprise
5+ years of working experience in network or hosting domain.
5+ years of working experience in security domain.
Proven experience in architecture, engineering and design of security controls and systems in a global enterprise.
Operational experience in a global environment, managing network infrastructure with Cisco or Alcan or IBM or HP or Juniper or Huawei or 3COM technologies; or Windows, Linux, Unix, SANs, NAS, Backup technologies.
Experience and understanding of the common security challenges in large and complex business and technical environments.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage geographically or functionally dispersed teams or projects which deliver network security related architecture, design and engineering activities in projects.
Demonstrated consultative approach to provide in-depth technical and business knowledge to ensure efficient designs and support for network projects.
Expert technical knowledge of all network security aspects, trends and markets.
ITIL knowledge, ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
Excellent understanding of IT project management and compliance domains.
Strong technical security knowledge of at least one other domain in the areas of ERP, IAM, Unified Communications, Collaboration Services, Client Operating Systems, or Hosting/Storage.
A thorough understanding of the regulations (eg 21CFR Part 11, SOX, PCI, COBIT, Data Privacy, Data Protection etc.) that have Infrastructure or Identity and Access Management control requirements.
End to end infrastructure security, includes but is not limited to:-
Intrusion Detection and Prevention for Hosts, Servers and Networks; SIEM Tools; Network Access and Control, Data Leakage Prevention, Digital Rights Management, Personal Firewalls, Antivirus, Internet Gateways (Firewalls, Proxy Servers, web filtering etc.), Security Baselines, Server security hardening (Windows, Unix, Linux Operating Systems), PKI, encryption, LAN Segregation, Identity Access and Management, Application Security.
