For our customer in Geneva we are looking for a 3 months project for a Dervice Desk Agent
An extension or a permanent role after these 3 months is possible.
Main Activities:
Responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing company and multi-vendor systems which include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems in the French speaking areaInstalls and optimizes HW/SW/Networking product and configurations at customer sitesMay diagnose and resolve product performance problemsEnsures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventative maintenance and configurations which may impact product performanceTakes responsibility for potential or desired follow-up services (Sales/Systems Engineering) or problem escalationMaintains a functional understanding of company service solutionsRequirements:
Previous experience (at least 2 years ) in the end-user supportPrevious experience (at least 2 years ) in Software/Hardware supportKnowledge of ITIL process and in networksExcellent communication, people and interactive skillsExperience handling multiple requests and queries at the same time enjoy working independently and self dependently Previous experience in VIP users support would be an advantageGood written and spoken French and EnglishAre you interested in this position?
