CRM Architect SOA, eCommerce, Switzerland.
Our client, a major eCommerce organisation based in Vaud, Switzerland is currently looking for a CRM architect with experience of Marketing, Customer Services and Analytics to manage the end-to-end functional and technical architecture for their digital integration team. Experience of Salesforce Cloud is expected with a good understanding of CMT with Adobe Campaign.
You will also be expected to have knowledge of CCID, SQL and BODQ.
Knowledge of Pulse Analytics with BO is also desired as well as the CRM integration layer with web services.
You will be responsible for delivering the CRM architecture and integration layer update and deployment.
You will support the technology strategy and deliver the CRM integration layer in line with company standards and strategy.
You will work with different streams to deliver functional and technical solutions as well as the roadmap for all platforms.
You will be expected to have a strong understanding of Enterprise Solution Architecture, end-to-end integration of multiple layers as well as Service Oriented Architecture.
