CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, SWITZERLAND, £EXCELLENT DAY
One of our prestigious clients is currently looking to add an experienced Change management Support Consultant to one of their sites based in Geneva, Switzerland.
Required Technical Skills:
- Act as 1st and 2nd line support for Change Process implementation issues
- Open and manage cases with ITSM support
- Perform house-keeping activities of ITSM Change Records
- Perform Change Template administration duties, including:
- Analyzing Change records to identify issues, pattern, and problems.
- Working with other co-workers to identify changes and the related tasks that can be created as templates in ITSM
- Create and document Standard Change and Task templates
- Ensure that required SOPs for the standard changes have been documented, tested and accepted by the technical teams that will perform the tasks.
- Review and amend SOPs so that they fit to the Change Request template.
- Identify and create Normal Changes templates
- Act as a Change Coordinator when it is required
- Assist with the continues service improvement activities related to Change Management
- Perform other activities related to Transition Management if required
Skills & Experience
- Formal Education: Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Ability to write reports and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a wide variety of audiences.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to comprehend, break-down and explain complex business processes
- Very good knowledge of BMC Software -ITSM product suite
- Ability to prioritize work and work with minimum supervision.
- Expert knowledge of English
Desirable Skills
- Experience implementing good practices for IT service management
- ITIL certifications
- Work experience at the international level
- Intermediate knowledge of French
- Experience in developing and creating Change templates in ITSM
