For a permanent role at our industrial client site in Zurich Winterthur, we are looking for an experienced

French speaking 2nd Level Supporter (2704)

Key responsibilities:
Provide IT support with the latest technologies either remote or field to all of our clients users primarily within the given region and other regions secondarily as needed
Troubleshoot client machine, network connections, business applications, and special site requirements problems
Client machine, network connectivity (LAN/WAN),mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing devices setup and configuration
Manage Active directory accounts, groups, distribution lists and resources
Manage escalations of 1st Level IT/ apprentice staff by double checking tickets before routing them to 3rd level/global support group
Manage all tickets using the ticket tool and documents user requests within the system for reporting purposes
Report critical issues to 3rd level support group and management as needed
Perform in adherence to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
Special areas of reponsibility:
Train and coach new employees / apprentices
Track deliveries and equipment inventories
Maintainance of company software licenses and other device service contracts
Can be assigned IT backend tasks whenever necessary
Can be assigned to do field support in other locations as needed

Your qualifications:
Technical apprenticeship is required, higher degree in Computer Science & Information Technology (University/ College) would be an asset
MS Certifications for Server and Networking would be an asset
Min. 4-5 years experience as 2nd Level Supporter / System Administrator / Client Support Operations
Complex problem solving skills
Experience with training new employees would be an advantage
Sound understanding of the latest Windows OS and Office applications
Strong team player and good communication skills
Customer- oriented and flexible as well as trustworthy
Fluent in Englisch, German and French
Please note: this is a so called contract to perm role. After a fixed duration you will be switched to a permanent employment with our client.
