Seeking recent IT graduates for IT Support roles
Location: Zurich
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (+ extensions - possibility for perm, later down the line)

Skills Required:
- IT degree
- Keen learner and someone seeking a long-term career
- Understanding of the development life cycle
- Strong people skills
- Knowledge/Understanding of UNIX environments
- Knowledge/Understanding of Windows applications
- Knowledge/Understanding of Database querying (SQL) and relational-database DDL
*Internships/up to 2 years work experience will be a bonus*
Skills You Will Developer:
- 1st & 2nd level support (technical facing)
- Investigation and resolution of incoming issues from Business - according to ITIL-based Incident Management process
- Active ownership of open incidents
- Stakeholder management; IT and Business
- Documentation and maintenance of per-application support procedures
- Cross-training colleagues in the applications and underlying technologies and infrastructure
- Knowledge transfer or support handover process from 2nd & 3rd level or vendors ensuring capture of support requirements at an early stage, to avoid loss of know-how
