Help Desk Analyst needed to work for a global investment bank in Zurich, Switzerland. You should have 2 years support desk experience and very strong communication skills. Experience of investment banking is very useful as is an MCP.

The successful candidate will work within the eCommerce customer support center, providing internal and external stakeholders with technical support via phone, chat and email. You will be interacting on a daily basis with internal 2nd and 3rd level support staff, Traders/Sales/Client Relationship teams and with external client technical staff. You will also be responsible for monitoring system infrastructures, as well as, coordinating and escalating to other production support teams and business groups.

To be successful in this role you should:

- Business or technical apprentice applicants welcome
- Extraordinary Client focus
- Excellent communication skills, as you have to be able to express yourself effectively in both business terms and technology terms
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English is a must, every additional language (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic) is considered a strong plus

General interest and understanding of Internet technology, as well as understanding of most common Operating Systems.
