For a 6 month project with our client in Zurich, we are looking ASAP for a Technical Internal Programs Specialist and Recruiter

50% of the role will berecruitmentbased and 50% will be program based such as working on graduate events etc.Ideally, our client is looking for candidates who have previous experience in recruiting graduates, with a technical recruitment background.

Tasks:

  • Supporting all stages of the recruiting life cycle to assist hiring for groups across the company
  • Being an integral part of the interviewing and selection cycle, and will have extensive experience sourcing and hiring candidates.
  • Delivery- focused and genuinely enjoy interacting and interviewing a high volume of candidates on a daily basis.
  • Partner with the broader European and Global campus team, help set recruiting strategy, develop and execute plan to attract top talent for internships at target schools and implement new initiatives
  • Create marketing materials and communication strategy to increase awareness on campus about intern programme and to encourage students to apply
  • Run and develop existing and new program efforts to ensure a world-class intern experience
  • Requirements:

  • Partner with UP team on specific events relating to their market.
  • Deliver Host Training Sessions & Manage part of the intern Summit
  • Mid-Point development conversations with each intern
  • Pass to Conversion Recruiter Process & Extension Approval and Admin
  • Headcount Planning including promotion of demand exercise
  • Local Event management & Take lead on Intern Summit
  • Preparing candidates for Returning internships (in EMEA or US)
  • Track and report data, project outcomes and budget
  • Budget Planning & Analysis on pass through rates etc.
  • High volume interview scheduling requests for phone screens
  • Sourcing activities out of peak season mainly diversity
  • Matching Process (identifying and presenting candidates to approved hosts and setting up "host Matching calls")
  • BA/BS degree
  • Preferably some in-house recruitment experience within a multinational environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of sourcing and attracting high-calibre technical candidates.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for technology, high level of comfort with all types of online applications, andexperience with applicant tracking systems preferred
