For our client, a leading financial company with headquarters in Zurich, Swisslinx are searching for a highly motivated and competent
Charles River Investment Management System Application Supporter, Banking, Contract, Zurich
In this role, as a Senior CRIMS (Charles River Investment Management System) Supporter within the area of PTG Production and Shared testing Services Group you will be responsible for providing Production Support and Testing services globally across the firm. You will Provide day-to-day CRIMS Production Support and Investigate problems involving multiple systems and other IT teams. In addition, you will track and solve tickets and act as key stakeholder for the applications you are responsible for.
For this role we are searching for someone with the following profile:
- Front Office business know-how of the Charles River application
- Multiple years of experience and a proven track record in an application support role
- Basic knowledge of Control-M job scheduler or similar job scheduling system
- Interest to have a broad overview of our application landscape
- Technical education with advanced training in Information Technology (eg diploma at equivalent level)
- Good listening and spoken communication skills in English & German
This is a role within the Investigation Wealth Management department
