For an international financial institution in Zurich we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge:

Senior Charles River Investment Management System Application Supporter (Contract)

Job Description

  • Responsible for the uptime and incident management of the Charles River platform which represents more than 200 portfolio managers
  • Provide day-to-day CRIMS Production Support
  • Track and solve tickets and act as key stakeholder for the applications you are responsible for
  • Manage communication with internal clients within the Business and other IT teams
  • Investigate problems involving multiple systems and other IT teams
  • On-site support for Portfolio Managers

Requirements

  • Very good Know-How of the Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS)
  • Working experience as an Application Supporter
  • Good knowledge of the finance sector in general
  • Strong team-player with great analytical and problem-solving skills
  • English fluent, German is a plus

Contract Details

  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Daily rate: 760 Swiss Francs (all inclusive)
  • Location: Zurich City

Only candidates who are Swiss or EU residents or currently hold a valid Swiss work permit can be considered.
