SAP Business Objects Developer 5307WS
The holder of this position independently supports a team of professionals with development. Support in SAP Business Objects.
Main responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience as BO developer
Relevant certification would be a plus
Understanding of the technical, business and organizational requirements of a performance management, data warehouse or Business Intelligence project
Between 3-5 years of relevant experience in data warehousing or business intelligence
Strong Datamodelling, data warehouse design experience to design and maintain Universes
Strong SQL or PL/SQL experience
Experience using SAP Business Objects to design and maintain BO code/solutions
Design, develop and maintain Webi (Reports)
Design, develop and maintain Data services (ETL)
Use of Information design tool (Universe)
Design and develop Dashboards
Knowledge of and experience using Crystal Reports
Superior knowhow of release management and deployment process within SAP
Product family but also with 3rd party deployment products
Knowhow and ability to design and develop user access path and systems
Exposure with the below technologies will be considered a plus:
Micro strategy version 8 and above or PowerBuilder or Qlik View, ETL Tools such as Business
Objects Data Integrator (ODI) or OWB
Skills:
Independent development of BO reports in various domains
Execution of collateral tasks (data preparation, SQL programming, deployment, etc.) consulting with regard to an enterprise-wide utilization of SAP Business Objects
Language(s):
German ( flunet language or full working proficiency)
English (fluent, or full working proficiency)
Other languages (especially French) are a definite advantage
