Harvey Nash is looking for an Administrative Expert with experience in legal matters for a 3 + month project in Switzerland.
You are responsible for:
Producing weekly + monthly KPI Reports Providing preliminary data analyse and support teams with detailed information for Root Cause Analysis Producing KPI visualization by preparing graphs used in supplier meetings Data extraction from SAP source mainly (Business warehouse reports or queries) Data collection from teams for aggregation on different levels Creating Process documentation for KPI data gather Creating Training material for potential off-shoring Creating PowerPoint presentations for different meetings/stakeholders Are you available immediately, have experience working within a Life Science company?
