We are looking for a Financial Program Administrator with experience in the following areas:
Tasks:
Track all GLS related supplier contract Check cash out versus service delivered Provide forecast in KCHF covering the following dimenstions: contributing entity, project, region including visibility Provide timely visibility about project break down by approved invoices Collect detailed information about missing invoice approvals and amount to be accrue4d Quality check on raw data, monthly reporting and discuss figures with GLS Project Managers Ensure adherence to accounting standard for cost capitalization Deliver Program cost overview Requirements:
Service Orientation experience within Finance Financial Program Coordination experience Excellent communication experience Analyst experience in project cost management Knowledge in cost accounting Stakeholder management experience and an ability to work in a network organisation French and English: both fluent Are you interested in this position?
