Successful transition of services and provision of services as per contract.
Define and maintain program level communication and risk management plans
Overseeing overall field services delivered by Wipro
Implementation of all activities as per the Service Definition
Consolidate and provide metrics and performance scorecard
Monthly reviews with Wipro Global Program Director, Customer and partners.
Quality Assurance for Wipro tasks with needed improvements, as and when required
Escalation of any pending issues to or from Client
Proactively highlight any personnel/support issues to Client and Wipro
Review performance with Wipro team and participate in project board reviews
Vendor/Partner (third Party)performance management, Escalation Management
Organize technology update session
Constantly motivate team members to improve performance
Exhibit cultural intelligence and high EQ

v Ability to understand and interpret contract requirements
