Randstad Professionals is actively looking to find an open-minded and motivated PMO Analyst to join our client in Zurich, Switzerland. This is a great opportunity to live in one of the most interesting and financially stable cities in Switzerland.

Our client is looking for a CRO Legal Entity Program PMO Finance Analyst

The Legal Entity (LE) Program comprises a series of regional and global initiatives that are designed to both meet future regional regulatory requirements as well as business objectives to optimize the footprint of our client's businesses.

The candidate will be working in the PMO team of the CRO program which manages all CRO projects within the Legal Entity program.

The successful candidate will need to contribute in the following areas:

-Primary: Financials - Manage and oversee all financials of the program globally.
-Secondary: PMO - Provide support to the PMO lead

Responsibilities shall include (but not be limited to):

1. Primary Responsibility: Financials - Single owner of the financials of the CRO LE program

-Track budgets of all underlying projects of the program - status of budget approvals, budgets for change requests in the pipeline, actuals, forecasts, variance analysis
-Monitor hiring status of each resource with the relevant hiring managers, develop metrics to monitor hiring status at aggregate level
-Cost recharge: own the monthly process to charge resource level program costs to the central Legal entity program

2. Secondary Responsibility: PMO support

-Act as the configuration librarian for various programs in the portfolio (program management artefacts not technical deliverables) controlling baselines and change control processes.

-Support Program Managers in logistics and administration of weekly working group meetings and other team forums.

-Administration of the program(s) SharePoint sites.

-Preparation and distribution of status reports and ad hoc presentations.

-Assist with responding to firedrills across various components (including project status reporting, RAID items, planning, toolset updates and various other forms of fixed and bespoke reporting).

-Chasing down RAID items and ensuring updates are timely, accurate and appropriate.

-Providing planning support and governance across various program(s) within the portfolio.

-Ensure governance procedures are adhered to by all project managers, for example:

o Quality assessing project plans, ensuring that changes and slippage are captured and fed in to the Change Control process accordingly.

o Ensure status reports, risks and issues are logged weekly and kept up to date, quality assessing and ensuring clear and concise communication.

o Ensure project dependencies are tracked where appropriate.

-Assisting in the on-boarding of new resources (account request/setup, training and other administrative resource responsibilities).

The major challenges of the role includes:

-Ensuring that financials and hiring status are always up to date.

-Ensuring all project managers are adhering to mandated processes and guidelines and assisting with establishing new processes, where required.

-Ensuring quality management information is produced and consistently communicated.

-Ensuring program governance and reporting is standardized and consistently reported globally.

-Ability to respond to fire drills' and supporting the CRO LEPProgram and workstream
