For our banking client located in Zurich we are looking for aPMO with strong Finance Knowledge for the Legal Entity Program (2665)
The Legal Entity (LE) Program comprises a series of regional and global initiatives that are designed to both meet future regional regulatory requirements as well as business objectives to optimize the footprint of businesses. The candidate will be working in the PMO team of the CRO program which manages all CRO projects within the Legal Entity program.
Primary Responsibility (Financials):
Single owner of the financials of the CRO LE program
Track budgets of all underlying projects of the program – status of budget approvals, budgets for change requests,, actuals, forecasts, variance analysis
Monitor hiring status of each resource with the relevant hiring managers, develop metric charts to monitor hiring status at aggregate level
Cost recharge: own the monthly process to charge resource level program costs to the central Legal entity program
Report to Senior Management
Secondary Responsibility: General PMO support
Ensuring all project managers are adhering to mandated processes and guidelines and assisting with establishing new processes, where required
Ensuring quality management information is produced and consistently communicated
Ensuring program governance and reporting is standardised and consistently reported globally
Your qualifications:
5+ years experience in PMO with focus on Financials
Fluent English, German is a plus
Strong analytical mind
Excellent knowledge in metric charts / financial reports
Advanced MS Office skills
Independent working attitude, quick witted individual
Strong communication skills / ability to communicate to Senior Level
Banking or financials background prefered
