Senior Avaloq Business Analyst
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst . For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start in July 2014. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Business analysis, specification and implementation (parameterisation) in the area of CRM, especially the regulatory driven advisory process for Asia
- Support business functions with technical tests in test- and integration environments
- Stakeholder Management including business & technical end user consulting
- Service Management: Post Go Live 3rd level support
- Change Management: Support specific projects within set terms of reference and defined processes providing conclusions and recommendations as required
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- University degree or equivalent in computer science or Engineering
- Avaloq certification and at least 3 years hands on working experience with Avaloq
- Professional experience in business analysis, consulting
- Proven experience of operating in a technical/IT environment
- 5+ years experience in application design and engineering
- Strong project management skills
- 3+ years of Banking experience in CRM area
- Technical know-how in operating systems, databases and applications
- PL/SQL skills, Oracle database know-how preferred
- Fluent English skills, German is a plus
- Experience in the relationship management in the Asia market as well as in the Client's Advice process
