We are looking for a PMO to work with one of our Banking and Investment clients. The successful candidate will be taking over an interesting tester role within the Project Management Office as part of the overall Operations Program. You will be working in a small and flexible team focusing on overall testing and training (eg acceptance testing, end to end testing and development of phased trainings). The project is key in regard to enable successful implementation of the new legal entity structure.
Power of comprehension as well as the ability to analyse and drive for solutions within complex environments is a prerequisite for this challenging and interesting job opportunity. The ability to deliver on time and in good quality is critical. Furthermore, it is key that you are able to act and manage in a global and demanding environment. The role demands skills and abilities to understand and strive business operating models, processes, technology infrastructure as well as regulatory frameworks. It covers the full project life cycle from concept, business requirement phase to testing, migration and implementation.
Main Activities:
*Test Data Provisioning Reporting Support
*Aggregating daily reports into weekly reports
*Test Admin tasks at daily meetings
*Creating support material for Ops Test presentations
*Supporting test planning activities
*Ensuring QC and SharePoint documentation compliance
*Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
*University degree or equivalent certificate
*Experience in testing and project management, preferably in banking/IT environment
*Advanced Microsoft Excel skills [pivots, formulas, macros]
*Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills
*Experience with Quality Center is an advantage
*Experience with SharePoint is an advantage
*Delivery focused, high-energy, hands-on and independent team player
*Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities
*Well-developed communication skills including oral and written English language (German would be an asset)
*Willing to perform to a high standard and demonstrate resilience to stress
*Strong interpersonal skills including confident manner to work in a global organization
