Administrative Assistant - Graduate, French Speaking, Admin Experience - INVESTMENT BANKING
Location: Lausanne
Duration of contract: 6 Month Position
Key responsibilities and tasks:
- Receive and sort of credit applications under the service level agreement
- Process credit applications to pre - decision in accordance with applicable internal guidelines for credit
- Provide support to employees of the Service Centre as well as Key Account Manager within the various administrative tasks

- Aims to service quality and satisfaction high distribution partners
- Organized and fast in the execution of administrative tasks
- At ease in using the usual software (Windows, Microsoft Office)
- Very good knowledge in French, German is an asset
