Edelway is currently looking for a Customer Service Agent to join one of our major clients in Horgen.
Integrating a large Bank you will be manage a portfolio of clients within their debt recovery department.
YOUR ROLE:
- Managing a portfolio of clients, you follow up on non payments.
- You will establish payment plans for clients in collaboration with the legal and accounting teams
- Enter client data into the system
- Follow up on outstanding debt and set up the appropriate recovery measures..
YOUR PROFILE:
- Previous experience working in customer service
- Proven experience working in a call centre
- Excellent communicator
- Comfortable with figures

LANGUAGES:
French, German, English and either Italian OR Spanish
