For a long term customer project we are looking for aJunior PMO (2637)
This is a big chance for the candidate to start a career in project management.
As a PMO you will be supporting 3-5 project managers in the daily administrative project work. You will be able to see how large scale project work is done in a multinational, global environment.
Responsibilities:
Budget control of programs/projects
Prepare presentations
Manage team schedule
Responsible for Meeting Minutes
Contact with various stakeholders to get the required information
Some basic knowledge of project management, knowing the terms used
Your qualifications:
Graduate
Financial / economic background (studies or apprenticeship)
Strong communication skills
Ability to understand complex IT applications
Organizational, analytical, structured, quick learner
Open minded, proactive and flexible
Stress resistant
German is a big advantage
Fluent spoken and written English is absolutely mandatory
