Job Description:
Enhance and stabilize the application that supports the calculation of the Royalties payments. The application receives web based data and is built on VBA Excel (Microsoft Excel 2010). The end-to-end process steps involve manual intervention for required updates of figures and the outcome of the calculations is exported.
The initial focus is on debugging and streamlining the existing solution with appropriate documentation. At a second phase a re-design of the solution might be an option.
Skills Required:
. Proven experience in Excel-VBA Development (Microsoft Excel 2010)
. Several years of Excel-VBA development experience
. Specific expertise in developing solutions focused on data integration, data manipulation and calculation routines
. Experience in creating reporting mechanisms with Excel VBA
. Proven experience in Excel VBA data integration with external sources
. Excellent debugging skills and Business analysis skills
. Elicitation of requirements
. Excellent Communication skills - English, German preferred
. Documentation skills
