For out banking client in Zurich, we are seeking an Operations IT - Project Manager Officer

We offer
As a part of the Operations IT strategy and architecture function this role will contribute to the development of the Operations IT target architecture and work with key projects to ensure progress towards that target. The successful candidate will act as an interface between the Ops IT architecture and the providers who are responsible for implementing projects to implement the target architecture. The role will also include working with the PB/WM & SHS IT architecture team to ensure alignment the strategic book of work and related activities.
Owns and drives the strategy and architecture book of work including:
o Back Log, planning, key issues/risks, status and tracking
Represents Strategy and Architecture in global PMO governance meetings
QA/challenge over work stream plan/budget/status submissions
Co-ordination of global Strategy and Architecture planning/budgeting exercises
Co-ordinates/leads pipeline analysis or issue resolution for Strategy and Architecture related topics which do not fall into the existing project structure
Provisioning of status reporting
Production of meeting minutes (project team, core team, steering committee)
Elaboration and maintenance of accurate staff planning and tracking
Elaboration and maintenance of stakeholder overview and management plan
Elaboration and maintenance of cost planning and tracking
Establishment of Program documentation and special process guidelines
Support the production of Program documentation
Ensure Program communication
You Offer
Detailed understanding of project life cycles ideally in a Strategy and Architecture context
Proven Programme Management experience on large, complex IT programs in Investment Banks
Solid experience in Agile planning methods and applying them to none software delivery environments
Experienced in budget creation and submission
Experience with offshore development
Motivated and enthusiastic team player, strong communication skills and a conceptual working approach
Confident, assertive and effective communicator with strong influencing skills
Ability to gain consensus when faced with differing views.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills
University degree education ideally with focus on finance or business administration with banking focus
Fluent written and spoken English
MS Office skills
Teamwork & good Communication skills. Proven ability to interact with senior stakeholders
High degree of flexibility and "can do" attitude. Ability to work with very limited level of instruction and supervision
