Key Account Management for business lines in Global MACS in Zurich for all running and future projects.

Business project lead for various projects

Define business requirements together with business experts

Support and challenge business ideas and enable changes

Lead Projects as Business PL with the IT interfaces

Responsibilities for delivering projects on time, budget and scope

Business Service Manager for IT Applications in Global MACS

Key Account Management of Global MACS business lines

Decsision making powers

- All decision making powers of the official CS BPL role according to the IT governance model to internal Business Project Processes

Key requirements:

- Leadership skills

- Strong team player

- Strong communication and expectation management skills

- Negotiation skills vis-à-vis its stakeholders

- Mature and senior

Knowledge portfolio management system and investment process

Proven and strong project management skills

Fluent in English written and spoken

Experience:

- Project management in complex setups and size for various years

- Business Analyze (Methodologies, Requirement Engineering, Process Mapping, Priortization, )

- Previously worked in Financial Industry in particular Asset Management, Portfolio management

- Experienced in standard product implementation, migration of Portfolio management systems, products and platforms

- Experienced in key account management, communication and Back Office processing
