For an international bank located in Zurich we are looking for a Senior Program Manager for Digital Private Banking (2607)
In this fast paced, challenging role you will drive the Digital Private Bank engineering, delivery and operationalization of the infrastructure components enabling, the largest technology transformation for the Private Banking organization in the last 20 years.
As providers of the underlying IT infrastructure this role will be additionally pursuing scope that extends some existing as well as some new capability out to external clients as well with a focus on mobile solutions, collaboration (voice, video, instant Message) and market data transmission. This role will be highly visible within the end user community and will frequently help customers, suppliers and peers on technical matters related to end user desktop services. They will build high-quality infrastructure services enabling the Digital Private Banking initiative.
The core responsibilities for this role will cover the following
- Program deliverables definition and formalizes acceptance of those requirements and deliverables accordingly
- Manage the overall program plan across organizational and technology siloes
- Manage the Engineering, Product Management and Operational streams
- Manage PMO activities including STC, meeting structure and minutes, risks, issues and actions and dependencies management
- Deliver risk assesments to senior management
- Oversight of all sub teams
Your Qualifications:
- Long term experience in large organisations with a min. of 1000 employees. Preferred in financial, electricity or pharma environment
- Technical Infrastructure project management experience
- Experience in change initiatives
- Program management experience with technical expertise
- Agile mix of Program Manager and Project Manager
- Cross-functional IT delivery/management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management throughout the organisation
- Confident in navigating complex environments
- Provide leadership for all levels involved
- Very good communication skills on delivery and executive board level
- fluent in English (written and spoken)
- very driven, self reliant and high level of independence
