Finance Change is the business change organization within the CFO division. Within Finance Change a team takes care of the regulatory driven changes, and the offered role is part of the Legal Entity Program Switzerland. The objective of the Legal Entity Program Switzerland is to deliver a solution for Credit Suisse, which fulfills the regulatory requirements set by the "Too Big To Fail" regime.
This role focusses on the required changes within the CFO departments Financial Accounting and Financial and Regulatory Reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
A role as senior business analyst in our Legal Entity Program
Partner with the business to understand and document functional requirements and business processes
Manage and drive the resolution of design questions
Interact with IT to develop solutions
Participate in the testing phase and drive fixing of issues
Liaise with other departments where synergies and dependencies arise
Support project manager in planning, status updates and other aspects of project management
Required Skills:
Proven track record (3 to 5 years) as senior business analyst
Knowledge of regulatory reporting and financial accounting
For testing activities a good level of SQL skills set
Ability to work under pressure and high level of flexibility
Fluent in English and German
University degree in Business Administration, Business Information Technology, IT or related
