Our client, are looking for an experienced specialist (m/w), which is already familiar in the context of cross-platform production planning UNIX and Windows environments, to enhance the operations management team.
Your main responsibilities in this role:
Professional management of production planning and monitoring
Acquisition of primary responsibility for the development, implementation and maintenance of the job networks for cross platform batch production with BMC Control-M
Planning and management of production dates
Implementation and monitoring of special finishes and extraordinary maintenance works in accordance Change and Release Management
Monitoring of batch production and other systems with appropriate monitoring tools
Acceptance of fault reports and ensure first level support
Management of sub-projects and participation in projects and independent advice and support of users
System development issues in the production and monitoring
Active participation in the construction of an aligned to the future needs of our cross-platform, complex operation, IT Operation
The most important requirements for you:
Computer/federally in with Diploma/FH Bachelor's or equivalent training
Several years of practical experience in IT Operations, cross-platform production planning and monitoring
Knowledge of BMC Control-M, adcubum SYRIUS and Scripting skills Desirable
Good knowledge in the areas of Incident and Change Management, Request Fulfillment and Deployment
Very good German and good English
